RENOVATION DONE IN ECOLOGICAL WAY IMPROVES YOUR WELL-BEING

I take part in and myself guide renovation building processes, if they are interesting as eco-building projects.

A clear plan and proper drawings are very important if you consider starting any serious renovation. It is common enough to run into problems while renovating even with clear plans, but without - it becomes unavoidable and can quickly stretch your timeframe and budget to its limits.

In order to make the renovation process as smooth as possible a lot of things need to be prepared, consulted about and organised in advance.

If you are thinking about a partial or full renovation of your house with an intention to make it more ecological, sustainable and energy efficient, I can consult you about some parts of the building process and outline the possibilities of using different materials.

Regulations and building codes should be consulted with an architect and/or governmental officials, specific questions about specific subjects (re-installing electric meters, changing of the heating system etc) should be consulted with the corresponding companies, and in some cases consulting with a structural engineer is required.
